RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns & exchanges if:

- item(s) is returned within 20 days of purchase

- items must have tags attached and in un-worn condition 

- proof of purchase. Example a receipt

 

 

Sorry we do not return these products: SALE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, EARRINGS.

 

How to return an item:

please email us at (connie.ethos@outlook.com) and explain to us that you want to return an item, And whether you would like a gift voucher/exchange/refund. Please make sure The item(s) meet our Returns and Exchange policy before sending as we will not refund/exchange item(s) that do not meet the guidelines.

Once we have accepted your return,

Post the item(s) to - 18 York st, Russell, 0202, northland, New Zealand.

once we have received the item(s) we will refund/exchange or give you a give card.

 

IN STORE RETURNS:

Bring in item(s) to Ethos (18 York st, Russell) 

along with Proof of Purchase (receipt)
